CITYTECH INNOVATIONS is an AI society manager that runs on WhatsApp for RWAs and gated societies. It handles complaints, visitor approvals, maintenance dues, vendor coordination and bylaw questions in Hindi, English and Hinglish.
Our story
Incorporated in 2022, Bengaluru.
Most of urban India lives in a society. Gated apartments, plotted colonies, cooperative group housing. Each one is run by a handful of volunteers who already have full-time jobs, and the tools they get are a WhatsApp group, a register at the gate and an Excel sheet that only one person knows how to update.
CITYTECH INNOVATIONS was incorporated in Bengaluru in 2022. We started building our AI society manager after watching friends and parents burn out on RWA committees. The work isn't hard. It is endless: the same leak reported three times, the same dues reminder sent forty times, the same bylaw question answered every week.
Society apps tried to fix this by asking every resident and guard to install something new. Many never did. We took the opposite approach: meet people where they already are. Everyone already uses WhatsApp, including the 70-year-old in A-101 and the guard on the night shift. So that is where our society manager lives.
