No. Residents use the WhatsApp they already have. They save the society's CITYTECH INNOVATIONS number and message it like any other contact.
Yes. CITYTECH INNOVATIONS understands Hindi, English and Hinglish, typed or as voice notes, and replies in the language the resident used.
Most societies are live within five working days. We load your flat list, staff, vendors and bylaws, train the committee in one session, and onboard residents with a WhatsApp broadcast and a noticeboard QR code.
Only your committee members, your facility manager if you have one, and residents for their own records. Each society's data is isolated. CITYTECH INNOVATIONS processes it on the society's behalf and never sells it.
Each resident gets their bill on WhatsApp with a UPI link. Payments go through RBI-regulated payment partners straight into the society's bank account, and a receipt is sent automatically.
CITYTECH cites the source rule for every bylaw answer, asks for confirmation before acting on unclear requests, and hands anything it isn't confident about to a committee member. Sensitive actions like fines and legal notices always need human approval.
Yes. Many societies start with complaints, dues and the bylaws assistant and keep their current gate system. You can switch visitor management over whenever you are ready.
There is a free Starter plan for smaller societies. Standard is ₹1,999 and Pro is ₹2,999 per society per month. Builders and facility managers get custom Enterprise pricing.
RWA and AOA committees of gated societies, plotted colonies run on WhatsApp groups, cooperative group housing societies, and the facility management companies and builders who run them.
If they can send a WhatsApp message or voice note, they can use CITYTECH INNOVATIONS. There are no menus to learn and no passwords.
No. Keep the group for community conversation. Complaints, dues and approvals move to one-to-one chats with CITYTECH, which keeps the group quieter.
Guards use one shared phone at the gate. They can type a pass OTP or send a Hindi voice note, and CITYTECH does the rest.
Yes, any time. Tickets, dues, gate logs, vendor records and documents can be exported as spreadsheets and PDFs.
Hindi, English and Hinglish are available today. We are working on Punjabi, Marathi, Kannada and Tamil based on demand from societies outside Delhi NCR.
Billing
Choose either model. Society pricing is a flat ₹1,999 (Standard) or ₹2,999 (Pro) per month, whatever your flat count. Per-flat pricing is ₹12 (Standard) or ₹20 (Pro) per flat per month, or ₹10 and ₹17 when billed annually. Per-flat usually works out cheaper below about 150 flats.
By bank transfer, UPI or cheque against a GST invoice raised to the RWA.
Yes. Plans run month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice and we stop billing at the end of that period.
You can export tickets, dues history, vendor records and documents at any time. On exit we delete society data within 30 days, as set out in our Data Processing terms.
Yes. WhatsApp Business messaging charges are included in every paid plan for normal society usage.
