Live in about a week. Running itself after that.
We do the setup work. Your residents just save a number. Your committee keeps every decision that matters.
Onboarding, day by day
Day 1
Discovery call
We learn how your society runs today: towers, staff, vendors, how dues are collected and what hurts most.
Day 2-3
Data setup
We load your flat list, staff, vendors, AMC dates and bylaws. You send us files in whatever format you have.
Day 4
Committee training
One session of about an hour on the dashboard, approvals and reports. Recorded for future committee members.
Day 5
Residents onboarded
A WhatsApp broadcast and a noticeboard QR code. Residents save the number and send their first message.

Humans stay in control.
CITYTECH does the repetitive work. People make the calls that need judgement.
Confidence thresholds
When CITYTECH isn't sure what a resident means, it asks. When it still isn't sure, it hands the conversation to a person.
Approvals for sensitive actions
Legal notices, fines, spending and anything outside your rules wait for a committee member's approval.
Escalations you define
Overdue tickets, angry messages and safety issues go straight to the people you choose, at any hour you choose.
